1. Service Overview

BZVM LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to providing users with high-quality and reliable cloud server services, including but not limited to cloud server hosting, cloud computing resource leasing, server maintenance, and data backup. Before using the services provided by the Company, users should carefully read and agree to all the contents of these Terms of Service.

2. Service Fees

Users are required to pay the corresponding fees according to the service fee standards when using the services of the Company. The service fees are determined based on the selected service type and usage, including basic service fees and traffic charges. The Company reserves the right to adjust service fees based on actual circumstances and notify users in advance.

3. Service Usage

When using the services of the Company, users should adhere to the following sub-categories:

• Intellectual Property Rights:
  The Company respects intellectual property rights. Users are prohibited from using the Company's services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Users should ensure that any content they use is lawful and that they have the legal right to use it. In the event of any intellectual property disputes, users shall bear legal responsibility independently, and the Company shall not be held liable.
• Zero Tolerance for Spam Policy:
  The Company strictly prohibits users from using its services to send spam or other unauthorized advertising messages. Users are not allowed to engage in any form of spamming behavior using the Company's services, including but not limited to mass emailing and purchasing email lists. If users are found to be in violation of the zero-tolerance spam policy, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service and pursue legal action against the user.
• Fair Use:
  The Company is committed to ensuring users' fair use rights. Users should adhere to the principle of fair use and refrain from using the service in a manner that interferes with the normal usage rights of other users. Users are prohibited from affecting the stability and security of the Company's services through malicious attacks or network disruptions, and may face legal consequences for doing so.
• Trojan Virus:
  Users are prohibited from spreading any form of Trojan viruses or malicious software using the Company's services. Users should take necessary security measures to protect their systems and data from Trojan virus attacks. If users are found to be intentionally spreading Trojan viruses, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service and pursue legal action.
• Child Pornography:
  The Company strictly prohibits users from disseminating or storing any form of child pornography content using its services. Users are not allowed to engage in any form of child pornography activities using the Company's services, including but not limited to dissemination, storage, and publication. If users are found to be involved in disseminating or storing child pornography content, the Company will immediately report them to the authorities, terminate their services, and cooperate with relevant departments in the investigation.
• Compliance with Local and Server Region Laws:
  Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction in China and the region where the company's servers are located. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the company's services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. The company reserves the right to take action, including suspending or terminating services (without refund), if users are found to be in violation of any legal requirements.
• Restrictions on Domestic Hosting Products:
  The use of OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, or any other tools that may harm the network security of China's three major telecommunications operators is strictly prohibited on domestic hosting products. Users must ensure that such tools are not used to avoid disrupting or compromising network security. The Company reserves the right to take necessary action, including suspension or termination of services, if this rule is violated.

4. Data Protection Disclaimer

The Company will take reasonable technical measures to protect the security and privacy of user data, but does not guarantee that user data is completely free from loss, leakage or unauthorized access. User data is only used for the purpose of providing services, and the Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations within a reasonable scope. However, due to uncontrollable factors (such as hacker attacks, system failures, natural disasters, etc.), the Company cannot fully guarantee the security of user data.

5. Termination of Service

Users have the right to terminate the use of the Company's services at any time, but must notify the Company in advance and complete relevant procedures. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in the event of user violations of the Terms of Service, and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility. After service termination, the Company will immediately cease providing services and may retain user data backups for a reasonable period.

6. Refund Policy

The Company offers a refund policy under the following conditions:

• Refund within Three Days:
  Users are eligible for a full refund of service fees within three days of initial service activation. However, the refund request must be submitted within this timeframe, and the service usage must not exceed 10% of the allocated bandwidth.
• Special Products Exclusion:
  Certain special products or services may be excluded from the refund policy. Users should carefully review the terms and conditions of such products or services before making a purchase.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by local laws and shall be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the relevant judicial authorities for resolution. Users and the Company agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is located.

8. Other Terms

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The Company reserves the right to interpret the Terms of Service and make adjustments and modifications based on actual circumstances without further notice.
